Bob Frisbee

Bob Frisbee is a resident of Marion NC. He was taught guitar at a very young age by his mother, Dixie. He took his guitar to school in second grade and played Hound Dog like an Elvis impersonator for his teacher and classmates. As a young teenager he played bluegrass bands, church, and lots of playing on his front porch picking for friends. He started a country rock band ( The Strawberry Watermelon ) in the late sixties playing local venues. Bob was inspired to play ukulele by Del Rey in early two thousand. The piedmont blues really influenced Bob and his public performance; the Blues is just not the music but storytelling about love, disappointment, and all the mishaps in life and making friends along the way.
